New York Workers Compensation Alliance

The Workers' Compensation Alliance is is open to all individuals and/or organizations who want to protect the rights of injured workers under the New York State Workers' Compensation Law.

To become a member, click here to download a 2008 WCA Membership and Key-person form and send it to our Treasurer with your check in the amount you can afford. While we prefer a monthly commitment due the ongoing cost of our legislative efforts, any monetary contribution will be accepted no matter how small.

The Workers' Compensation Alliance is a non-profit organization and it's Board of Governors takes no monetary or other compensation for it's work on behalf of injured workers. All contributions are used solely to protect workers' rights under the New York State Workers' Compensation Law.
